Burleith Townhouse
I have a basement bedroom in a 4 bedroom townhouse in Burleith, 2 blocks north of the Georgetown University campus. I have the largest bedroom in the house with my own bathroom and my share is $1500 per month. The other 3 bedrooms are much smaller than mine and share a bathroom, however have better natural light as they aren't in the basement. Overall the house is great with a large living room and eat-in kitchen. There is also a small sunroom we use as a second TV area. There is a nice deck and backyard. Overall this has been a great experience for me.
