Great value with great location
Because it's a condo unit, the overall rent is a bit lower than similar units in the area, which is great. That being said, it's still very modern (stainless steel appliances, marble/granite countertops, Nest thermostat) and management is very responsive, whether that's with the property management company or the landlord/owner of the unit. Every metro line is accessible within 15min walking radius. Very close to popular dining and shopping locations (14th St., Chinatown, Downtown, etc.). Little bit noisy because it's on the corner of a fairly busy intersection, so you hear horns sirens going off pretty often.
