Cheap brownstone in the heart of Clarendon

This apartment strikes a good balance between cost and location. Only two blocks away from the Clarendon metro stop, giving easy access to the Silver line for commuting to McLean or Tysons Corner. Close to lots of bars and restaurants like Spider Kelly's, Whitlow's on Wilson, etc. but quiet enough to relax. Rent is well below market price for Clarendon - the building was built in the late 1960s and lacks some of the amenities of the newer high-rises, like a gym and in-apartment laundry. But the combination of low rent and easy metro access is hard to beat.
