1220 Sansom
The unit is big and in a great location. There have been minor issues but nothing what wasn’t solved within a week or two.

Being right in center city, I think I got a really good deal for my apartment. It is very spacious with good natural lighting. It is super convenient for public transportation, and lots in the area to walk to! The only complaint I have is that it can be loud sometimes.

Midtown Village Reviews
The area is filled with lots of young people. I don't feel unsafe walking around even at night because there are people out all the time. There are a couple of narrow streets I probably wouldn't walk through though.
