Uptown is overpriced
$1,150 for a lofted 1 bedroom with ancient appliances in the middle of a not-so-important city like Dallas is ridiculous. Uptown just isn't anything special. Renting at Post Cole's Corner is an attempt to make the best out of a bad situation but honestly there just isn't much here.

Post Coles Corner
The unit itself is nothing special but it's decent and the location is fantastic. We walk literally everywhere and ride the trolley downtown for work. It's a tad overpriced, but that's par for the course in this area. It's overall a good value, I've lived there for almost 3 years.

Oak Lawn Reviews
This is a very active neighborhood with a bar scene on the weekends. There are homeless people who live around here, but they have never bothered me. While I wouldn't call it a dangerous neighborhood, there is probably a little more crime than some larger complexes such as the Village.
