Great location with reasonable rent and attentive management
I live about 15 minutes away from campus right in front of Piedmont park. My commute is through a quaint residential neighborhood that rarely has traffic and in the afternoons and on weekends I can walk to get groceries or to the LA Fitness across the street, around the neighborhood, to the park, or to a new part of the beltline that is being developed about three blocks away. The management company is very attentive and my neighbors are friendly! It is a very pet-friendly neighborhood with a fun community of people that regularly meet at the dog park.

Quiet, upscale property
I enjoy living here. My favorite thing is the walkability to Ansley Mall which has several food options, a Publix, a pet store, a liquor/wine store, a CVS, and a Starbucks. It includes a gym which is small but well-appointed enough to do a variety of workouts. I also enjoy that the complex has a dog run. It is about 15 minutes from Emory and conveniently located to downtown for externships. My least favorite thing about living here is the price of the utilities, including the water bill which I have not had to pay at other complexes, and the power bill which seems a bit high (perhaps due to poor insulation).

Ansley Forest
Perfect location and easy to get anywhere in Atlanta (especially Emory). Renovated townhomes that are little more homey than just an apartment.
Only complaint is there have been a few incidents of crime since I've lived here (2+ years) but that is true of a lot of places in city limits.

Great location, quiet community
Ansley Forest is perfect for young professionals. It is walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, the Belt Line and Piedmont Park. It is biking distance to midtown Atlanta. Fairly affordable by Atlanta in-town living standards. Parking can get tight in the evening hours, but most of the time I park directly in front of my building.

Great renovations, awesome location
These apartments are located less than a quarter of a mile from the Atlanta Beltline and right across the street from Ansley Mall. They were recently renovated with laminate hardwood floors and granite countertops. We have had positive encounters with all of our neighbors and the management staff. Big closets too.

Great Place in Great Location
Ansley Forest's recent renovations paired with it's awesome location are what make this place great! Located right by the unfinished part of the East Beltline (think amazing train track hiking), as well as across the street from two grocery stores, this apartment is seriously perfect. The management is super nice and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants around (and a nice, enjoyable walk to Piedmont Park).
Open parking is great but only when there are enough spaces.

Good Overall
The location is spectacular, you can walk to everything. If you needed to drive, it's close enough to other things that it isn't that far or your lyft or uber is pretty cheap. I love the pedestrian lifestyle. The outside is a combination of townhouse style apartments and flats but only go about 3 stories tall. Very residential feeling. The interior has all been re done and they did great with it, but there are still lots of "original" residents that have been here for decades. You will get to know lots of your neighbors and everyone is so nice! It is very pet friendly and most people here have a dog or cat. The management is usually pretty nice too. The safety in midtown overall has taken a turn for the worse and it does show here as well, especially after the renovations. There have been some cars stolen, and 2 armed robberies outside (no actual break ins) since I've been here about 2 years. I was very upset with some of this at first (I know some petty theft is bound to happen in the city) because I wasn't expecting it to this extent. However, I am happy to report that the complex has installed cameras in various parts to monitor all areas in response to the increase in crime midtown is experiencing. Overall, I do feel safe here-most of those incidents happened in the middle of the night, 2am ish. I recommend ubering or lyfting if you plan to be out late so you can be let out right by your door and always be with a group if you can! Overall, while a bit pricey-it really is a good value in comparison with a lot of other places in midtown, like studios that go for 1800 (WHAT?!).

Friendly residents in a great location
I've lived in this complex since before the remodel. Was happy at that point but with the remodel it's like a brand new complex. Location is fantastic - walking distance to Ansley Mall, MARTA Bus line, Piedmont Park, and a 24 hour Kroger. The residents are friendly and I've made friends with many neighbors which has made living there that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Midtown.
