Responsive management, up to date facility

I love it here! I've lived at Eastbridge for three years, and I've never had any issues - the management is extremely responsive, and the facilities are great, especially for the price. It's in walking distance to great restaurants, a close drive to SMU, and for the location, I would expect a lot more noise than I actually get -- the neighbors are extremely respectful, so it's all the fun of the neighborhood without being able to get sleep and quiet work done.

Cozy, nice area that’s fun but not too busy

I lived at eastbridge even before SMU and love it; it’s the Henderson side so it’s a little cheaper than living directly on Knox or the trail, but it’s clean and cute with pool, gym, and monthly social events. Management is really quick to respond to things, too!

There are a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance which is great, but there are also a lot of homeless people and some wild stuff going on at night. My boyfriend works the night shift at 7/11 and always comes home with the craziest stories. During the day I would say I love the neighborhood.
Super close to campus and all things needed for daily living, including workout places, restaurants and grocery stores. 10-15 minute drive to bars and restaurants in downtown and uptown area, so close enough it is convenient but far enough it feels residential.
Nice, family- and pet-friendly neighborhood. Glencoe Park is right in front of the apartment complex, so there are many families, elderly people, runners, cyclists, dogs, and dog owners walking about the neighborhood. Great area!
Apartments in Old East Dallas are close enough to Uptown and Knox Henderson that you get the city vibe without the city prices. Check out Jimmy's Food Store - an Italian grocery store with THE BEST sandwiches and cannolis!
The Lower Greenville/Lakewood area is a perfect neighborhood for young families in Dallas. There are lots of outstanding restaurants and a few bars, great parks, and an outstanding school community.
Location is close to everything- easy freeway access, close to lots of great areas like Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, Uptown. Also super close to a variety of grocery stores- love that!
The neighborhood is definitely a fun place to be as a social young person in Dallas - the proximity in the city and popular bars and restaurants can't really be beat
The surrounding areas can get a little sketchy, as it is pretty close to Mockingbird Station. However, we don’t have a problem with crime on the property itself
