Spacious and in the heart of Atlanta
Absolutely great location and extremely safe. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. The building could use some updates but over all it's very livable. The maintenance are extremely nice but sometimes don't seem to know what they're doing. The hard wood floors are great but the walls are extremely thin and it's hard to feel as though you can be private inside your own apartment. Especially when you have rude neighbors. Over all, the location and safety beats out the negatives.
