Renting is very limited but great spot -- Midtown is a great part of town
The complex is very clean with a great gym and a great community. Midtown in general is a great spot to live. Generally a 10 - 15 min drive to campus. It's a little far away from the hub of Post Briarcliff/etc., but there are generally still students around. You are more centrally located to the city though, which has great perks.
