Decent apartment - good location, but imperfect building
It has cheap rent in the lovely Candler Park. We did have a gas leak and I was told by the gas company that it was caused by a structural issue since it's an old building which kind of freaked me out. But it has an amazing location in a gorgeous neighborhood. And much much cheaper rent than anywhere else. No gym or fancy amenities, but you get what you pay for.

Pretty much all-inclusive, convenient location
Living in a condo, often your utilities will be covered by the HOA. The downside is that there are not as many amenities as some of the luxury apartments like Point on Scott, where there’s and pool/gym etc. however, Emory Oaks is really close to the SAAC, so it’s not really necessary. Overall great experience thus far.

Good deal
Old apartment, but if you're low maintenance then this is a steal for its perfect location. Great if you are bike commuter. Right next to little 5 and marta

Quiet and bright!
I enjoy living here because it's quiet even though it's a 10-15 minute walk to Little Five Points where there's plenty of bars and restaurants. IT's a beautiful neighborhood! I feel relatively safe living here. Apartment gets lots of sunlight! Love it!

Nice hardwoods, but could use more storage and updates
Nice two-bedroom that is close to MARTA and bars and restaurants. The kitchen has very little counterspace and the apartment is rather drafty, but overall this is a great value in a nice neighborhood with an amazing park just a block away. Overall, this has been a good place to live while in school
