Nice place downtown
This is a nice building overall with helpful and friendly management. It's a great downtown location but it's not super close to grocery stores and the better food options that can be found in other areas around ATL. Overall safe, quiet, clean. Downside -- lots of AirBnB rentals so there are a lot of people coming in an out of the building who don't live there and treat it like it's a hotel. This is fine most of the time, but every now and then it's annoying when you consider it your home and other people are trekking around like it's a hotel, asking about where the lobby is, breaking the washing machines, and overall taking less care than if it were their home.
