Pretty Decent On-Campus Housing
The Courtyard Apartments are very livable for a college student. Each student gets their own bathroom, while the common space, is utilized by all residents of a particular apartment. They have made improvements to the floors and furniture in my apartment. We always have hot water, and gas, electric, trash, water are included with tuition.
My only complaints would be that 1.) the campus is %100 smoke-free, meaning that you can't go out on your balcony and smoke. 2.) The housing staff comes in during thr semester to do health/safety inspections which you can, of course, pass or fail.
