Renting in a Condo
From a social aspect, renting in a condo is different from the leased apartments as there are no monthly gatherings. Most people in Seattle are transplants, so meeting people through apartment gatherings help the social aspect. However, this is offset by the much cheaper rent in a building where people care about the look and safety of their apartment.
