Does the trick
The Apt. is a pretty good bang for your buck. In walking distance to most everything on the hill and close to the 3/4 line to get everywhere else via downtown. Nothing special about amenities but 2bd/2ba with W/D, dishwasher and garbage disposal is something I haven't found many other places. We are a SW corner unit which gets plenty of sun. Parking can be iffy if you get home late. We are also surrounded by construction which may last a couple more years... which is likely causing the parking issue.
