Small but lots of natural and street lighting.
My apartment is pretty small but something I learned to work with and decorate. I have windows looking out into the busy street and the buildings across the way. Being so close to Pike Place Market I hear the city traffic as early as 6 AM but eventually it doesn't even phase me. My apartment manager is really nice and helpful whenever I call for questions or concerns. He keeps up with cleaning the carpets in the hall and makes sure annual inspections occur; like fire detectors, bed bug inspections and keeps up with the window washing. The other perk of this building is the rent includes free garbage bags and recycling bags once every month and more is provided if you just ask. The only concern about this apartment is the paint on the pipes are cracking off since the pipes get super hot and the paint chips kind of fall around it. The location is great, I have the market right down the street, my bank is right around the corner, for any last minute groceries Target is not even a block away, and the nightlife is not too rowdy yet not too dull. My boyfriend and I always have a new restaurant or bar to explore.
