Decent Apartment

Relatively new apartment complex (15 years old), in relatively good condition. On the smaller side, but not super tiny. Things break fairly easily, but the landlords respond quickly and are helpful. Cheap for the neighborhood. Bar down the street has loud live music, often going on to midnight, but with the balcony doors and windows closed it's not too bad. Bus stop out front is a blessing, or a curse if your room is facing it (LOUD).
