Great safe location, residential but close to city
The Madrona Court Apartments is in a perfect location on 34th AVE in Madrona. Walking distance to restaurants, a local bar, store and Molly Moons I love being able to park my car (free street parking) and have things to walk to. It is only a quick drive (or bus) to Capitol Hill and there are a few direct bus lines downtown! The apartment is very spacious and warm however sound travels very easy from apartment to apartment and the community in the complex feels a bit sterile. We would stay here for years if the neighbors were more friendly. Building was built in the late 90s so there is no microwave and appliances are outdated but overall the apartment feels homey and modern. An additional plus is all of the hallways are outdoor so you do not feel like you are living in a hotel!
