Not bad, not great
The Wembley Park apartment is in a good area - it's a quick walk to Fremont, and many buses are steps outside of the door.
The complex itself has rough management. Maintenance requests take quite a while to fulfill, and management is not sympathetic to anything that goes wrong.
Some of the houses in the neighborhood have become party houses for college students at SPU, so it can get very loud from time to time. That said, the building itself is generally pretty quiet.
There are no real amenities to speak of, besides in-unit laundry. No unit has air conditioning, but the apartments are fairly spacious. That said, there is almost no closet space. Only closets are in the bedroom, so you won't have a place to keep extra things, like mops and brooms.
Overall, it's not bad. If you like the area, you could do a lot worse.

the apartment is remodeled which is nice. small quiet unit that allows dogs. very central to ballard, queen anne. Overall good experience. heat and water broke one time but they fixed it pretty quickly. close to spu campus and queen anne bowl for dogs.
