Great location, not great management

We lived here for 4 years. Over that time span, the ownership changed and a professional management company was brought in. The new managers were oddly combative- even though their requests were reasonable, they tended to deliver them with aggressive language and attitude.

When we moved out, the property broke Seattle's tenant laws by not providing us with our deposit or an itemized list of deductions in a timely manner.
