Safe and modern
I absolutely love living in Bay house. It’s very secure, every entrance has a key lock so no one from the outside can enter. There is an off leash dog play area as well some grass to walk the dogs so you don’t have to worry about safety when walking late at night. It’s located in a street with various stores and restaurant, but there is a security cart driving around all day so it’s still very safe and the complex is elevated from the ground so we can’t hear anything. The apple store, movie theater, clothing stores and various restaurants and coffee shops are within 5 minutes walking distance so you can find anything you need right outside the door. The apartments are renovated with good appliances.

Good Location, Decent Safety
The apartment complex is well-managed and clean. We are right above the retail on Bay Street. For the most part it is safe but can be questionable at times. They are building and opening a lot of new stores and restaurants so I think it'll really build a nice atmosphere. Parking is for additional fee as well as all utilities are not included in rent. Management and the maintenance team is extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone, just be aware of your surroundings just like you would anywhere else.
