Nice Apartment
Avalon is an apartment complex that is spacious. Management is pleasant and the property is well maintained. Awesome gym with space for cardio, weights, yoga and spin. Common area is clean and there are amazon lockers for secure package delivery. Neighbors are generally friendly and it is a mix of students and professionals. A bit pricey but great quality.

Nice townhouse
I really enjoy living in Society Hill in a townhouse. The neighborhood is very safe and consists mostly of families and graduate students. The houses are spacious and in good condition.
