Good budget apartment
Overall a good experience. Lived here all 3 years. Sometimes maintenance is slow but eventually fixes everything.

Good deal for nice apartment
I have no problems at the apartment. For the price, it's a large, clean apartment, with hardwood floors - albeit fake wood.

Affordable and Close to UT
Overall a decent apartment. It is both affordable and close to the University. However, it's an old building and suffers from some problems because of that. The two largest downsides are that there are no outlets in the bathroom at all and bugs seem to find their way in occasionally (especially the big flying tree roaches that live in the trees that are next to the building).

Everything you need, newly remodeled, close to school
Everything has been good. There was a hot water problem but they fixed it.
No dishwasher in my unit and the laundry room is communal. 1.25 per wash and same to dry. But machines are clean and modern.
10-15 mins walk to law school. Close to Guadalupe. A good taco joint, coffee stand and Quickie Mart literally across the street.

Decent Place and Close to the Law School
Overall it's a decent place to live. It's clearly on the cheaper side. But for only $1k/mo, it's a decent size and really close to the law school. It's age is starting to show though, but management is good about fixing anything that needs it.

Meh
Overpriced and not great but very close to school. Once had no hot water or heat for three weeks. Unresponsive management
