So far so good!
Just moved in but I love the neighborhood and the apartment hasn't revealed any major problems - great light and space. Could use a few more outlets though. Hard to find 2bd/2ba's with similar sized bedrooms (most have a master/kids room set up) so this apartment is great for room mates. Plus they allow dogs!
