Fine spacious apt
My apartment is large and heat is included, which helps. However, there are a lot of bugs and since i live in the garden I am finding them all the time. Thankfully i have a cat so many stay away or are killed but i don't like waking up to a dead roach!

Great
Lovely little apartment, great amount of space for the amount of money, building is clean and well kept, location is excellent, rental company is always immediately reachable for repairs, big windows with lots of light, big trees in the courtyard, back porches.

Nice Layout, Great Location, Poor Service
I have what is called a studio but is actually a living room with a separate kitchen and extra room connected by a hallway. I put my bed in the extra room, which allows me to use the main room for living space. Love the location
