All looks, little substance
This place is lovely, the space is great, the price is right for the location, but the sound proofing is non-existent, the response times for broken appliances appalling, the wiring highly suspect and response times middling. We waited 3 months when we moved in to have the fridge fixed. Now we are on week 3 of waiting for a replacement microwave. The wiring is so dodgy that we blew through 2 brand new espresso machines (see possible reason behind other appliances falling apart) and the dishwasher has never worked properly.
