Vintage Charm
I've only recently moved into the complex- no major complaints yet. My apt was in need of LOTS of repairs upon my move-in, though they were all completed quickly. Main spaces (lobby/stairs/etc) could use some up-keeping. Overall, not perfect but nice nonetheless.
