Cheap, great location, but you get what you pay for
PROS:
-Cheap, compared to other rentals in the area
-In the heart of lincoln park
-rooftop is open to hang out on
-lake views from your one tiny window, if you are facing the right direction
CONS
-the entire building is old, smelly, and run town
-"vintage" elevators break down constantly, hard to move in and out of apartment
-nonexistent management, good luck getting them to fix anything
-did I mention the building/hallways smell?
