management company
Management needs to improve on their maintenance. The gates to the gated paid parking area never work and are usually open. My neighbor's car got broken into. Sometimes it takes a few days for someone to come fix something. The courtyard is never salted when it's icy out so many times in the winter I have to park my car and walk around to the front.
