Great Location for USC Students
The location is within the Lyft zone, so students can get to the apartment for free from campus after 7 pm. The value is incredible! $2800 for three bedrooms, and all rooms are different sizes, so you have the ability to prorate rent based on the room size. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is large, with an open floor plan in the living area. You also have a patio/balcony in each unit. One negative is the location, as it is in between neighborhoods. However, I lucked out with the location of my unit, so I have a view of the downtown LA skyline from my bedroom! The 10 freeway is nearby, so it can get noisy at times, but it's not too bad all the time.
