Very Good

Great space for price and location (walking distance to campus). Due to the location it can get noisy. There has also been frequent turnover in management, which can sometimes be unresponsive. Maintenance is very responsive though!

Midtown Place Review

Minimal amenities--no gym or pool--but generally quiet and easy walk to Vanderbilt, restaurants, retail, etc. Management has historically been difficult to deal with, but has gotten better over time.
