Fine apartment, nothing special
I've had good experiences with the management company, but everyone else I've spoken to who has worked with them have had a lot of issues. There are some pest issues, but each complex has a set day each week that the exterminator is available. The location is good. It's walking distance from campus and also on the 42 bus route that goes past campus and into Center City. It's a quiet location.
