Affordable Housing to Live by Yourself

It was really important to me to live by myself. This is a great affordable option near campus. It has a shuttle that takes you directly to campus, and the 1 COTA bus line goes right by it. My only complaint is that if you have maintenance issues, you really have to stay on top of them to get something to happen.

Old but convenient

The big issues are all just because the property is old. However, it is tolerable because University Village has a good staff and is attentive.

They get an 8 because there is free buses to and from school, there is a free gym, free pool, and free parking.

Mediocre Complex

Some units are extremely old. My specific one has not been renovated in decades. My oven was broken for over a month before it was fixed. Many neighbors are noisy. You will hear your upstairs neighbor take every step. The gym is small, but convenient being so close. The pool is alright, but closed for days or weeks at a time during the summer. One positive is that the complex is about a 5 minute drive to campus.

The maintenance is very poor. The service is very very slow.
