Poor Management & Bad Neighbors

So first couple things, they got a new property manager as we moved out and our neighbors that were loud and troublesome left as well. Other complaints about the property are about how it is built. When we moved in there were no closet rods or holes for closet rods & the whole time we lived there we found tons of painters tape and just dirt and grime throughout the unit. Seemingly the people hired to make repairs were inconsistent - another thing that may have changed with the new manager. Living across from the Transit Center did have its perks and came with some noise. I think that we were just used to a quieter place and we were not accustomed to hearing our neighbors (and had particularly loud ones).

Mismanaged & Poorly Built

We have had a horrible time in this unit. First, we were bait and switched on our townhome after they advertised that it would be renovated and they would add modern finishes. When we arrived for move in, painters tape was still all over the walls, there was nothing that met their descriptions of the unit and there was no heating vent in one room making it a legally 1 bedroom property. All in all, I would stay away from these units. Maintenance comes rarely and when we file requests they are not handled for weeks if not months. It literally took months to get a dishwasher fixed. Unfortunately, the property manager is very very kind but not very good at their job.
