Well maintained historical buildings

I love this building because it is right on Hawthorne which is great for public transportation and walking everywhere. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby which I love. It's also very well maintained for being such an old building. It's all hardwood floors with newly remodeled kitchens. This is the 2nd KBC building I've lived in and I've never had any problems with their management team.
