Great Downtown Apartment Near the Lightrail, US Bank, the Armory!
I have loved living at Edition for many reasons. I debated heavily between living on/near campus or living elsewhere, and ultimately decided that being downtown was the right amount of separation from campus while still being close by. The US Bank lightrail stop is two blocks away (can see it from my window across the Commons) and only takes me a 7 minute ride to get to East Bank. Edition management, although they recently underwent acquisition by another company, has been great throughout my time here. They made move-in as easy as possible, are always very friendly, keep common spaces clean, and maintenance always comes by to replace lightbulbs or fix things ASAP after a request is submitted. The amenities are great, I feel safe, and my apartment is light & bright. Truly no complaints, other than I wish this past year hadn't been covid-restricted (big Vikings fan -- was looking forward to that stadium convenience)!
