Good Managed Property in Downtown Berkeley

Good value for the money but not an excellent apartment by any means.

Location is great - proximal to UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley BART, many good food options on Shattuck.

Management and apartment teams could be more responsive with regard to the little things, e.g. refilling hand sanitizer, providing more advance and transparent notice about not being able to get a vehicle out of the garage because of the garage door replacement.

Package delivery is not ideal. Amazon, USPS, Fedex packages will be left in a locker with a code sent to residents. However, once this locker is full, packages are just left on the floor by elevator / lobby entrance area with no easy system to identify residents' packages.

Roof deck on the 9th floor is spacious and good for hosting. Gym is relatively minimalistic but a nice amenity, but unfortunately only available during office hours.
