Horrible upkeep and management

I have been there 6 months and there are so many issues things are replaced with Preused objects Or bottom of the linr cheap things the parking lot constant floods so i have to walk through standing water they dont trim the coconuts off the trees the people that live and work there are so rude and there are stray cats everwhere i hate it here but im stuck ive also had so many pest issues I also can hear my neighbors
