Family living reasonable prices

The Promenade Towers in Bethesda is a great, family oriented community. The building is a little older, but maintained fabulously. There are a ton of amenities including a gym, two pools, a restaurant and grocery store on site. The rent is reasonable and includes all utilities and parking. The management is not very friendly a lot of the times, but its worth it for the price and amenities.
