The Lorenzo Review
It’s great living at the Lorenzo

Smooth experience so far
PROS:
Convenience: They have a shuttle service to USC campus and to Ralph's (grocery store). The apartments are furnished (bed, study table, chair, dining table, chair, sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV) so you don't have to worry about buying and moving furniture. That said, I would recommend buying an ergonomic desk chair.
DPS Patrol zone: The Lorenzo is within the DPS Patrol zone so you get free Lyfts from USC.
Quick Response: So far I've received very quick responses to service requests.
CONS:
Amenities are currently closed due to covid.
It is a hassle to have a smart home here because the network is open (there is probably a way to work around this)
Their building lobbies are a little dated, but I was able to transform my apartment to my taste.
There are false fire alarms at odd times once every 2 months, on average.

Convenient; Close to school
Good and convenient if you want to live near campus. The metro is behind the building, and there's a shuttle that goes from the apartment to the school. It's also within the DPS patrol area, and you can get a free Lyft after 7 during the weekdays. The building is decent, and there are a lot of amenities.
