Terminal 21

Living here was an extremely unpleasant experience. The surrounding area is dangerous and filled with homeless individuals who frequently approach residents outside. I often witnessed random people searching through the plants and the alleyway, presumably for drugs or other items. The residents themselves were often dirty and careless with the property. Many of them are college students who showed little regard for the cleanliness and upkeep of the complex. Human and dog feces were a constant issue, both inside and outside the building, making the environment unsanitary and uninhabitable. On multiple occasions, I encountered random groups of non-residents in the lobby around 5 AM, drunk and attempting to speak with me. The gym equipment was always slimy, indicating a lack of proper maintenance, and the elevators were frequently out of order. Additionally, I dealt with stolen packages on numerous occasions. The AC and heating systems never worked properly, and with windows that don't open, getting any fresh air was impossible. Overall, this is not a safe or comfortable place to live. I would not recommend to anyone.

The building is pretty big and there are some cool amenities, like conference rooms and the common area. Maintenance is pretty responsive to requests and the amazon locker is very convenient. We are located directly next to the jail and a shelter so that can make some people feel uncomfortable, but the building is very safe.

The building is great and offers many amenities. The units are spacious, and they provide many layouts to choose from. However, the parking situation could be better. Residents have to park across the street in a public parking garage. Also, the new homeless shelter is around the block, and because of this, the area has become less safe. Homeless have gotten into the building, and management helped deter this by having the doors lock immediately when they shut.

Terminal 21 is nice. It is modern and safe. However, it is very expensive. There are better apartments in the area with nicer units, additional amenities, and included utilities for less than what we pay for at Terminal 21.

The building is wonderful, but there is no security which is my biggest concern. Otherwise, the apartments are great and the amenities are awesome and well-maintained!

Nice apartment and location. Very big windows but they don't open. The gym and study areas in the building are great.
