Enjoying Elmer St

The location is wonderful, quiet and beautiful surrounding area. It is also a quick walking distance to Walnut Street which is wonderful. The neighbors are respectful. Lots of space in the floorplan but not as much closet space within the room. Some random quirks here and there. Overall a wonderful apartment especially for the price.

Great!

We love this apartment! Very spacious and updated appliances. Also it’s located in just about the best spot ever. Super close to everything in shadyside and also very close to campus.

Great spacious apartment

Highly recommend. Great price and tons of space in a great location (shadyside right near walnut st.). Only issue is the building is 100+ years old so there are frequent problems. Management has been super responsive to the issues though!
