Management is hard to deal with (rude) but the place is reliable
Pros
-Quick maintenance/New appliances
-Fair price for a great location
-Received my complete security deposit back
Cons
-Apartment was dirty upon move in
-They require a full month's pay to "hold" an apartment if you're interested (and they will not return this if you change your mind or something changes)
-Management is hard to deal with at times and are less available during busier months
-Maintenance isn't "pretty" (paint on windows etc.)
