Great value

This is an older complex with few amenities, but it's been a good choice for me. Great value in a great location with included covered parking near my unit. Lots of green space for folks with dogs. Pools are nice but nothing fancy.

Great Value in great area

It's an older complex that has been maintained well. It's not a luxurious or new as other complexes but the price is great and the management is eager to keep up on problems.

Great apartment complex and Managament

These are well maintained but older apartments. The management is very accommodating and does their best to ensure your happiness.
We bought at peak pricing and it was still very affordable, but you can get it a lot cheaper.
The location puts you in the middle of so many nearby stores and restaurants.
