RVA review
Great experience. Get the opportunity to meet Rice students from various programs. Great services- have a shuttle service, a common area for ping pong and pool and helpful Resident Assistants who help you with questions you may have about procedures and other things. It is close to the school and a great location with many social events in the vicinity.

The apartments are very well furnished, convenient and meet the basic requirements of students.
The most convenient part is the Rice Shuttle running across every 20 mins.

RVA Review
The Rice Village Apartments are equipped with all the necessary features - wifi, water, electricity (needs to be purchased separately). Most importantly, if you don’t have a car as an international student, Rice University provides shuttles to take you back and forth from The university to the apartments. The shuttle also takes you to a nearby mart for shopping on Saturday.
