Not Great
Location is hit or miss - you are right downtown, by the river, which is nice, but you are also overlooking the highway so it can be really noisy and makes it hard to enjoy being outside on your porch.
Overpriced for the type of apartment you get. Pretty rundown inside. Not many amenities, but there is a small gym, pool, and hot tub.
Lots of things falling apart like elevators. Heating doesn't really work - we have to use space heaters and are still pretty cold throughout the winter.
