Good place to live, a little expensive
The Grand at Florence is a great place to live. We live in a townhouse which allows for a yard, sunlight, garage, and a patio. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living room. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are large. Closets are large, as well. Our yard backs up to the woods, so we do get some bugs, but maintenance has been good about spraying for bugs each month when requested. The walls are a little thin and our neighbor is loud, but we haven't had issues with the neighbor. The amenities are great and management responds within the same day and is great about helping. We do not choose to be super social with our neighbors, but everyone that I have run into seems very nice.

Far out but good
This apartment is a bit of a hike from UCMC, especcially after clinical in traffic. There is almost no traffic in the morning for clinical and my commute is 22 minutes. The apartment has a garage which is nice for snowy days, it is quiet, and clean. There are lot of food options near by which is nice for when you need to get studying done. Overall, a good place for a student with a family.

Suburban heaven
It's quiet, beautiful, plenty of parking, surrounding grocery stores, target, and plenty of delicious food places nearby. There are also plenty of outdoor activities in the surrounding area and a public library within a 3 mile radius. The downside is being far from campus but if you would much rather have comfort/ a place to feel happy about calling home then this would be the place for you!
