My apartment complex is great for a grad student as it is close to the law school and is near many restaurants, supermarkets, and Crunch gym. Additionally, the apartment itself features walk-in closets, a nice kitchen, different flooring options, and a great pool area. As the apartment complex hosts many adults and grad students, the area is nice and quiet. Management is also very helpful when you need them, and they often have free food in the office.

I like the space of my apartment. I have two rooms for the price of one. There are granite style counter tops and wood style floors in the the kitchen and living room but the buildings are pretty old.

Most of the residents seem to be graduate students. The proximity to the law school is nice. The location is good with shopping, food, and grocery stores nearby.

The property is very quiet, with not many undergrad students. It is great as a student, as I am able to study in my apartment in peace. It is a small area and the people who work there are very nice. My apartment and the property is clean and well maintained. Very dog friendly, point off for the pricing and how no utilities are included.

The apartments are in a great location, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is a great maintenance team. The cons are that rent goes up every year, the unit is a little small, and there is only one bathroom in the unit.
