Nice, But Aging

The apartment complex is nice, but the apartments are aging, and the internal amenities are outdated and show heavy use. The complex is usually quiet, and has lots of families, so it is a good place to study. The amenities are decent but the gym is very limited. Maintenance is helpful, but they are often very delayed in responding to maintenance requests because of the backlog caused by the pandemic.
