Property Fine, Management Not
The units were recently renovated with modern appliances, although I’m already noticing some deterioration, likely due to poor workmanship. It’s very to the law school, and parking is never an issue. Don’t expect to be blown away, but it’s fine for off campus living. The price was good when I moved in 1L (just over $1000), but I was in an unrenovated unit, now it’s probably on the expensive side. The management is the worst part, they are unresponsive, unreliable, and have quite a few illegal business practices.

Close to the Law School
Older apartment that has been redone. Extremely close to campus and convenient to other amenities.

Perfect for UF Law
The apartments at Cazabella aren't the newest or the nicest, but the price difference between Cazabella and the brand new apartments around campus makes it worth the sacrifice. All units do have in-unit washer and driers, which is rare for Gainesville's student housing. It's in a perfect location for UF Law - it takes me 5 minutes or less to get to campus, and it's just 10 minutes down the road from Publix, Walmart, and a bunch of other stores and restaurants. I'm always able to park close to my apartment. Rent includes everything except electric - that means internet and cable too. The internet package is really basic, but if you upgrade your package through Cox, you only have to pay the difference. I upgraded to 500 Mbps download and I pay Cox directly $16/month. For the location and the price, you really can't beat it.

Not amazing but cheap
The title basically sums it up, the location is good and close to the law school but the apartment itself isn't that nice.

Very Good, Some Complaints
My only complaints are that the apartment gym equipment is old and that the ventilation in the bedroom is not great, so I usually open the window (behind which is a mesh screen cover) to sleep so I have more air. Granted, I can breathe fine, but I prefer more circulation.

Decent
The apt is older and things aren't perfect but I have no real complaints. When I need stuff fixed they take care of it relatively quickly and the staff is pretty easy to work with.

Good Value
I am a law student. The location, and inclusive rent is a great value for the price of rent. The office is responsive and I have had no major issues.
