Good student housing

This place is an older building and nothing fancy, but its got lots of storage and plenty of space for two people. Maintenance is very responsive and effective and always fixes the problem in a day or two. Its location is fantastic for international students! You can pay $50 a month for a parking spot, but I live without a car and its less than a 5 minute walk to campus. Very doable even in midwinter.

There is no A/C in summer but there is a window unit in the living room, so even on the hottest days its not unbearable. The A/C and the wifi are the biggest complaints I have. The wifi works, but can be slow so just be aware.
Its an old building, so things will break periodically but the maintenance team always responds so definitely make use of that whenever you need.

The living room has great calm lighting and gorgeous windows, and I really love this place. It might not have frills but its charming.

Good but there are better

The location is amazing, but it's not a very secure building. It's also across the street from a bunch of frat boys that throw very loud parties in the middle of the week. There are a few other apartment buildings in the area I would look at first, but you really can't beat the price of this building.
